The Pink Comb proudly serves clients in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and the North Dallas area looking for luxury silk presses and healthy hair care. ________________________________________ Booking & Salon Policies At The Pink Comb, we are committed to providing a luxury, professional experience for every client. Please review the following policies prior to booking your appointment. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their service to ensure the best results. Late arrivals are subject to cancellation policies. Hair Preparation Clients are expected to arrive with hair detangled and free of heavy oils, grease, or excessive product buildup unless otherwise discussed. Light detangling is included; however, excessive tangling or matting will require a Detangling Service and additional time. Service Adjustments Services may be adjusted based on the condition of your hair at the time of your appointment. Additional time, product, or services may result in an increase in price. Color & Chemical Services All color correction and major color transformations require a consultation prior to booking. Multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve your desired results while maintaining the health of your hair. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them appropriately. Satisfaction Policy Your satisfaction is important. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make reasonable adjustments. Additional Guests To maintain a relaxing and personalized experience, additional guests are not permitted unless being serviced.
